In the 1960's when it all really began, I was a drummer for the Vornados, Bob Zisk's band in Glen Cove on Long Island, at 17 I moved into NYC and the world and I were never quite the same.... It was then that I met Legolas and the other wonderful friends I had during those years...... By 1976 I was back on Long Island about to embark on a whole host of adventures..... 1. I am a singer and ASCAP songwriter/publisher since 1968. I play guitar, bass and drums, fairly, (although I haven't done much with it recently.) 2. In 1972 I wrote, produced and performed all the contents of the Collectors Album "Grey Wizard Am I". I am flattered that collectors around the world have decided it is valuable. I have been told that a sealed copy is worth $1,000.00, don't I wish I had more than one.... 3. From 1973 through 1976 I, as part of a group of friends and television artists, changed the look of TV forever by moving the host into the control room...(Funny story behind this) Because all my TV work was done in Manhattan, it was seen and "liberated" by all the networks. I was approached by elements of NBC in 1975 to do a late night weekend TV show. I foolishly turned it down. (Youth....) In 1975 we published the first cable/broadcast TV guide called Total TV, Produced TV shows for 30 years, had the opportunity to create some innovations. 4. In 1982 Bill Porter, (Whitehorse Prod.)and I released the first Video Single in America. 5 In 1986 we created the long form commercial "TV show" now known as an info-mercial. (Quite by accident) This show ran weekly without interruption until 1995. 6. In 1995 produced the first nationally seen "medical" weekly TV series: ("Brink's Place TV", for people whose lives were affected by Alcoholism and Drug Dependence) This show won assorted awards, and was the developmental outgrowth a former show, "Recovery, You're Not Alone" which had it's debut in 1986 (Still running today in assorted markets)
