Casa Lyse is beautifully presented and maintained with all mod cons. Occupying a corner position, it has impressive views of the mountains and of the coast and sea. A BBQ is built into the downstairs terrace which make for a perfect finish to the long summer day. The complex has a poolside bar which is for guests of the complex only and there is a communal lounge with toys, games and books and wifi (passcode needed from manageress). This house is ideal for families and is a popular option for large groups and early booking is recommended as availability becomes limited. Welcome drinks are provided on arrival for all stays and our friendly manageress lives on site and is available to help with any questions that guests may have. Linen and towels are available from the manageress as this is a service she provides and these are charged for locally. Casa Lyse is a spacious and airy villa, The only villa to be extended off the originals plans and as a result has larger rooms than the other houses in the complex. The master suite has a large en-suite bathroom with a corner bath, separate shower cubicle and air-con in the bedroom. The balcony is off master bedroom and overlooks the complex pool and has great views of the impressive mountain range behind. We have provided DVD, Playstation, books, games and toys for guests to use. The kitchen is large and well equipped with everything a family could need - kettle, toaster, plastic cups and plates for children or picnics, microwave, full size fridge with freezer, ceramic hob cooker with oven. The sitting area and dining area is open plan. There are two TVS - one for use with Playstation and the other with all the Sat channels and DVD player. There is also a sofa bed that can fit 2 medium sized adults or 2 children easily. This property is ideal for families of 4 or 5 - (although we are 6 and always stay in this house). Bedroom 1 has double bed and can easily take two travel cots or a stow away bed as the room is very large. Bedroom has set of bunks beds and a single bed. There is a sofa bed downstairs that can easily take 2 children and 2 medium sized adults. Accessibility I dont think this property is suitable for people who struggle with stairs unless they are using the sofa bed to sleep in. There is a downstairs WC - so no need to go upstairs but both bathrooms are upstairs. Outside The garden is private and fully screened with mature hedge. Outdoor patio furniture is provided, and sun loungers also. There is a basketball hoop for those who like to practise their shot! The pool is large and shared. There is a childrens section partitioned off from the main pool that is knee deep on me - so nice and shallow for little ones. The gardens are available for all to use and ball games are permitted as long as other guests enjoyment of the communal area isn't compromised. There is a poolside bar and a communal lounge with Wifi. The roof of this is a sun terrace for those who wish to use it! There is also a table tennis table for guests to use. Bats and balls provided in the lounge area. Further details Local shops and bar are a 2 minute walk. Supermarket 5 - 10 min walk - car advised. Restaurants - all within a 10 min drive. There are many restaurants that we recommend and for the best ones you will need a car. Booking notes 30 % at time of reservation. full balance payable 8 weeks before departure.
