I'm not a big resolutionist, but now is definitely the time to get your fitness in order! So while everyone rushes off to the gym and tries to stay motivated through the rest of the winter, I want to show you that you can get great workouts going at home and may even find them more effective (and fun!) than signing up for the new gym membership. This is a full-body workout that will really crush your core! Grab a pair of furniture movers (or sliders, or towel on slick surface) and JUST DO IT! I'm not going to lie, some of these movements are fairly advanced and will require some work to really get down and have proper form. In future tutorials, I'll post regressions of all these movements that will help build up to the ones shown here. Don't get discouraged and keep at it! May 4, 2012 - Enjoying the workouts! In many vids, you show an exercise that's obviously targeting one side (like the Side Plank Kick Out in this one). You don't specifically mention doing 3 sets of 15 on the left, then 3 sets on the right, but it seems that's the logical method. And...when you say do 3 sets of 15 3 times (in a workout with, for example 8 different exercises), is it best to do exercise #1 3 times, then exercise #2 3 times....exercise #8 three times, THEN all that over again two more times!?!

May 4, 2012 - Yes, you would want to hit each side 15 times...and it's really your preference, you can do all the exercises three times as a circuit or do each one 3 times, then move on to the next one! I hope you enjoyed the workout!!

May 5, 2012 - Susan, I feel so dumb here....I did this WO today. 8 exercises in all: 1. Side-Plank Kick Out (left) x3 2. SPKO (right) x3 3. Spiderman sliders x3 4. Pistol Box Squat (left) x3 5. PBS (right) x3 6. Sizzle Kickouts x3 7. Gator Drag x3 8. Slider Pike Ups x3 That's only one Set with a total of 24 exercises (8x3), and it took well over 20 min --- I was dead!!! Am I supposed to shoot for TWO MORE SETS to do the workout completely?!? In all, that would be 72 exercises over 1,000 reps!!!! HELP!!

May 6, 2012 - I put the reps and sets out there as "suggestions" so if you feel you only want to to 10 reps and either 1 or 2 sets, than that is OK. It's all about progressions and building up to completing the entire workout! Sound like you did great on the workout thought! :)

May 10, 2012 - You can start with any of the videos, just do the beginners exercises and keep your sets to about 1-2 per exercise. You want to build up your endurance and not over do it at first. My best to you and your new exercise program!

I havent done much excersizing in about 2 month, gym is too expensive and my neighborhood is very ghetto lol can u show me some indoor cardio n also excersizes that focuses on the lower stomach or jus the stomach in general thanks!

May 11, 2012 - I tend to do my strength training before I do cardio in my workouts. If you are at a good weight and just want to get tones, focus on weight/strength training and you still need some cardio, just keep it to about 20-30 minutes. I would suggest working out 5 days a week, and break it up, 2 days on, 1 day off..just make sure you get enough time to rest and recover. You should start seeing results in a few weeks, they may be small at first but stay consistent and eat well too! My best to you!!!
