Come home to this fantastic 3BR 1BA rambler. The outside consists of a large flat front yard and fenced backyard. You will enter the house right off the carport into the living room. The living room is large and includes a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked (trash compactor, microwave, fridge, electric range, dishwasher). The dining room is open with room for a dining room table and even a hutch or two to store your china. The dining room also has the sliding glass door to backyard. Between the dining room and family room there is a small area with a fireplace. The large family has enough room for a full living room set, entertainment center and more. From the family room is a utility room that houses the washer and dryer and storage space. On the other side of the house is where you will find all the bedrooms. The two bedrooms on the right side of the hall are smaller and can fit twin side beds, dressers, night tables and lamps. Across the hall we have the large master bedroom with the room for a queen size bed, dresser and tv stand with smaller tv. The master bedroom leads to the bathroom that also opens out into the hallway. The good sized bathroom has a stand up shower and soaker tub that have tiled walls. Jack and jill sinks and toilet round out the room. A flat rate of $25/month cover the use of the septic system. Pets negotiable (based on breed and size) with $300 deposit per pet.
