Since the demise of the original "Tea Dance" concept, which was pioneered in the early years by DTPM and The Limelight, Sundays have experienced a void that has unsatisfyingly been left empty for far too long... T.T.D. is a not a new concept, it is a concept that has been forgotten. Gay men are smart, sophisticated and love to party, and drinking champagne and cocktails in luxurious surroundings is part of our psyche. Now is the time to bring back some of this unadulterated class and fun to the London gay clubbing scene. We have spent a great deal of time trying to find the right venue for T.T.D; one which offers a cutting edge clubbing space, top quality facilities, fair priced drinks and friendly professional staff. "Sound London" is one of the newest, most prestigious and exciting nightclubs in the UK. Set over three levels it is the epitome of cutting edge with the technology, furniture and a creative use of space you will not find anywhere in London. Clubbers are enthralled by panoramic views of Leicester Square, the West End and beyond, which are all reached by the new large passenger lifts or stairs. The main dance area has a New York industrial feel, with state-of-the-art lighting systems, sumptuous leather banquette seating and large sofas inspired by the famous designs of Hoffman. Here too is the beautiful Lounge which is a 'throw-back' to the 70's. This highly kitsch, classy and cool lounge area is a spectacle in itself. The Mezzanine overlooks the main dance floor on all sides and has luxurious leather seating with a large bar featuring a Tungsten lighting system and headlight mirrors.
