Description Just meters from the stunning beach of Natien, near Laem Sor in the south east of the island stands this luxurious and spacious Balinese style villa, surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens and enjoys the privacy of several relaxing areas around its own 36sqm swimming pool. The villa offers state-of-the art communications and entertainment systems - including WiFi high speed internet, satellite TV, a cinema surround DVD system and several CD/DVD/radio players. Apart from the stunning beaches in the immediate vicinity, there are restaurants within walking distance of the villa and dozens more close by. The bustling town of Lamai with its shops, bars and nightlife along with restaurants to suit all pallets and budgets is just a few minutes away. The owners occupy the villa for a small part of the year and the rest they rent out on short term lets. This have proved to be a very fruitful investment for them and have achieved an occupancy of 85% in 2010. They have ongoing bookings for 2011, many are repeat clients and they are happy to hand over all details to the new owners if they are looking for this type of property.
