Distressed wood floors are in the foyer, kitchen, living room and dining room, and there are plantation blinds throughout the villa. The living room features hardwood floors and comfortable, contemporary furnishings. There is a built-in desk for those who have to work during their stay, or just want to have access to their computers. Guests enjoy high-speed internet access. A wall-mounted high-definition 46-inch LCD TV features expanded cable, including HBO. There is a DVD player and VCR, as well. Sliding glass doors provide access to the furnished deck, as well as views of the ocean and beach over the dunes. Guests can enjoy a morning cup of coffee, and evening drink, or dining with an ocean view. The dining area also features ocean views through those sliding glass doors, and has seating for 6 guests. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining area, and features custom-built cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops and backsplash. The spacious master suite is furnished with a king bed, and includes a large dresser and chaise lounge, a vaulted ceiling, 32-inch wall-mounted LCD TV, and a corner view of the ocean and palm trees. The master bath features a walk-in closet with custom shelving, a custom-built vanity with granite countertop and double sinks, an oversized tile shower, and a separate water closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an armoire with 2-6inch LCD TV and DVD player. The third bedroom offers great ocean views, and is furnished with a day bed and trundle bed, and its own desk. All three bedrooms have private bathrooms with custom-built cabinets, granite countertops, tile tub surrounds and hairdryers.
